Hello to all my Customers effective 10/29/2023 there is a new policy put in place for all existing and new customers. Deposits will be required in order to secure your appointment. Deposits will be based off the cost of your choice of hair style, which will deducted from the total price.
Terms & Conditions - the basics
*Deposits are non-refundable!
Cancellations
*A 48 hr notice is required for any cancellations
*If you need to cancel your appointment for any reason, the booking fee will NOT be Refunded!! No EXCEPTIONS!
Rescheduling
*If you would like to reschedule this must be done 48 hours before your appointment. Your deposit will be used towards your rescheduled appointment only once!
“No refunds “ if you are not happy with your style at the time of service we will make it right.
We at Binta's African Hair Braiding appreciate all of our Customers and Welcome any New Customers! If you have any questions I can always be reached by phone or text. Any texts will be responded to within 2–4 hrs because we are always braiding. For immediate responses please call me I will always answer.
